How to Book a Transfer

Step-by-step booking process:

  1. Choose Your Service: Select from Airport Transfer, Corporate Transfer, Hourly Service, or Long Distance
  2. Enter Details: Provide pickup location, destination, date, time, and number of passengers
  3. Select Vehicle: Choose from our fleet based on your needs (Economy Sedan, Business Class, First Class, Vans, Minibus)
  4. Review Quote: Check the price and service details
  5. Provide Information: Enter passenger details and contact information
  6. Confirm Booking: Complete payment or select pay later option
  7. Receive Confirmation: Get booking confirmation via email and SMS with driver details

Managing Your Booking

Modify Your Booking:

  • Contact us at least 12 hours before pickup to modify date, time, or location
  • Provide your booking reference number
  • Changes subject to availability and possible price adjustments
  • Minor changes for airport transfers (flight time adjustments) are free

Track Your Booking:

  • Check confirmation email for booking details
  • Driver contact information provided 24 hours before pickup
  • Real-time flight monitoring for airport transfers
  • SMS updates on booking day

  • 60 minutes free waiting time from actual landing
