Please read these terms carefully before using our services

1. Agreement to Terms

By booking or using any service provided by Sodernix Transfer ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Sodernix Transfer is a professional transportation service provider offering airport transfers, corporate transportation, and private car services in Germany and surrounding regions.

2. Service Description

Sodernix Transfer provides:

  • Airport transfer services to and from Frankfurt Airport and nearby airports within 200km
  • Corporate and business transportation
  • Point-to-point transfer services
  • Hourly hire services
  • Long-distance transfers

We operate as a direct transfer service provider with our own fleet of vehicles and professional drivers. We are not a platform connecting third-party drivers.

3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Making a Booking

Bookings can be made through our website, phone (+49 170 1479446), or email (info@sodernix.de). We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance, especially during peak seasons.

3.2 Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email or SMS from us containing your booking reference number and service details.

3.3 Information Accuracy

You are responsible for providing accurate pickup/drop-off locations, flight details, contact information, and passenger count. Errors may result in service delays or additional charges.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Pricing

  • Prices are quoted in Euros (€) and are fixed at the time of booking
  • Prices include VAT, driver gratuity, and standard waiting time
  • Additional charges may apply for excess luggage, child seats, or waiting time beyond the included allowance
  • Prices may vary based on distance, vehicle type, and time of day

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept cash, credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), and bank transfers. Payment is due upon completion of service unless pre-arranged otherwise.

4.3 No Hidden Fees

The price quoted includes all standard fees. Any additional charges (parking fees, tolls, extra stops) will be communicated before being applied.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Free Cancellation

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before scheduled pickup time receive a full refund.

5.2 Late Cancellation

  • 24-12 hours before pickup: 50% refund
  • Less than 12 hours before pickup: No refund
  • No-show: Full charge applies

5.3 Flight Delays

For airport transfers, we monitor flight status. No cancellation fee applies if your flight is delayed, and we adjust pickup time accordingly at no extra charge.

6. Modifications to Bookings

Changes to confirmed bookings (date, time, location, vehicle type) must be requested at least 12 hours before scheduled pickup. We will accommodate changes subject to availability.

Significant changes may result in price adjustments. Minor changes (e.g., flight time adjustments for airport transfers) are handled free of charge.

7. Waiting Time and Delays

7.1 Included Waiting Time

  • Airport pickups: 60 minutes free waiting time from actual flight landing
  • Train station pickups: 15 minutes free waiting time
  • Other locations: 15 minutes free waiting time

7.2 Excess Waiting Time

Waiting time beyond the included allowance is charged at €0.50 per minute. Drivers will wait up to a maximum of 90 minutes total before the booking may be considered a no-show.

7.3 Passenger Delays

If you are delayed, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate but cannot guarantee availability beyond the included waiting time.

8. Luggage and Personal Belongings

8.1 Standard Luggage Allowance

Each vehicle type has a specified luggage capacity. Standard allowance is one large suitcase and one carry-on bag per passenger.

8.2 Excess Luggage

If you have more luggage than the standard allowance, please inform us at booking. Additional fees may apply, or a larger vehicle may be required.

8.3 Lost Items

While we make every effort to help recover lost items, Sodernix Transfer is not responsible for items left in vehicles. Please check you have all belongings before exiting the vehicle.

9. Child Safety Seats

Child safety seats are available upon request for €5 per seat. You must specify the age and number of children requiring seats at the time of booking.

German law requires appropriate child restraints for children under 12 years or shorter than 150cm. Failure to use required child seats may result in legal penalties for which you are responsible.

10. Passenger Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate service without refund if:

  • Passengers are intoxicated, abusive, or behave inappropriately
  • Passengers damage the vehicle
  • Passengers engage in illegal activities
  • Passengers smoke in the vehicle (strictly prohibited)
  • Passenger count exceeds vehicle capacity

Any damage to vehicles caused by passengers will be charged in full.

11. Liability and Insurance

11.1 Our Insurance

All our vehicles are fully insured and maintained to the highest standards. Our drivers are professionally licensed and experienced.

11.2 Limitation of Liability

Sodernix Transfer's liability is limited to direct damages arising from our negligence. We are not liable for:

  • Missed flights, trains, or connections due to traffic, accidents, or unforeseen circumstances
  • Consequential damages or losses
  • Delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control
  • Personal belongings left in vehicles

11.3 Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to provide services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: severe weather, natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or pandemics.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and process personal data in accordance with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and German data protection laws. Information provided during booking is used solely for service delivery and customer communication.

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to provide our services (e.g., payment processing).

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Contact us at info@sodernix.de for data-related requests.

13. Service Area

Our primary service area includes:

  • Frankfurt and Rhine-Main region
  • Frankfurt Airport (FRA) and nearby airports within 200km
  • Major cities in Hesse, Rhineland-Palatinate, and Baden-Württemberg
  • Long-distance transfers throughout Germany and neighboring countries by arrangement

For destinations outside our standard service area, please contact us for availability and pricing.

14. Communication

By booking our services, you consent to receive booking confirmations, service updates, and important notifications via email, SMS, or phone.

Please ensure your contact information is accurate and monitor communications from us, especially on the day of service.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by German law. Any disputes arising from our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of German courts.

We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any issues before pursuing legal action. We are committed to fair and prompt resolution of all concerns.

16. Changes to Terms

Sodernix Transfer reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with the effective date.

Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
